Supervisor details not updated in Position Org Chart Job info record

Ques Related with Position-Job Info

Employee A is assigned to Manager position and in position org chart we can see the direct reporting positions, however the employee on direct reporting position Job info record still shows old manager Employee B.

Please assist.

Is this timing issue as HRIS sync job might not have triggered.

if the change is a future dated change then this is expected. The quick card on the org chart is not effective dated, to shows the manager as of today.

Thanks for your reply. The change was not future dated as Transfer was initiated effective 11th May.

Hi,

Check for Position management setting -> Hierarchy Adoption -> Event Reason for Assigning Employee to new manager.

Event reason assigned here should be used for Supervisor changes.

After above try assigning a new High level position to employee position in Manage position.

Thanks for sharing this info. These setting are already existing in the system . Is it due to HRIS sync Job not run and we should wait for the trigger ?
