Suite Page Builder - Error while fetching catalogs

Hello Experts,

Can any one help me with below issue. I am facing an error in fetching catalogs.

We are SAP-GWFND patch level 15. SAP Note 2087759 does not help me.

Please let us know how to resolve this issue.

We noticed this error also when we disable personalization. We have applied multiple notes with no success. Has anyone been able to solve this?

I am also facing the same error.

Any idea how to get rid of this. The note 2087759 is irrelevant in this case.
