Suddenly unable to register candidates anymore

Hey community,

suddenly canidates are not able to register in our e-rec system anymore. I get the following errore message: "Internal error in function module HRRCF_MDL_REG_NAMED_USR_CREATE"

When I start the analyse application log (transaction SLG1)  I get the following message for the registration: "SLG1: The error occurred in program LRHA0U10 line 175"

The system log (transaction SM21) displays this informations:

Any idea how to fix the problem? Thanks in advance!

Have you followed the guide to check the partner profile as mentioned in the log message documentation?
