Hi,

We have a customer with the below requirement which is already enabled in their ECC system:

1. They have 3 fields for leave type: Leave of Absence (Start Date, End Date, Return Date). While applying for the leave employee enters the Start and End date, which gets updated in the job information. We want the return date data in Job Information to be updated only when the employee comes back and enters the return date.\

Please assist if this requirement can be achieved in SuccessFactors.

2. If the employee takes Annual leave for 15 days it will be paid for 15 days and unpaid leave recording will start from the 16th day if employee doesn't confirm the return to work on the 16th day.

for example: Leave taken from 1st Jan to 15th Jan 2024( paid). If the employee doesn't confirm his return to work date on 16th Jan, the system will consider it as unpaid from 16th Jan.

Kindly confirm if it is possible and help with related KBA's.

Thanks!

1. I doubt that can be achieved.
2. I'd probably go for 2 time times (paid vs. unpaid). I'd likely add a recurring time account for the first 1 with an accrual of 15 days. If unpaid can be infinite, I'd likely not even use a time account for unpaid. The entire as of the 16th bit / not confirming would not same like a relevant factor by what's described below, but I may miss some context.
