SuccessStore Compensation Plan Templates doesn´t work.

Hello,

With SAP, you now have an option to select templates containing recommended and up-to-date configuration directly from the Admin Center.

In my client's development instance, I have tried to create a compensation plan based on pre-set targets with the recommended settings.

A new template should be added via Manage template - a pop up window is presented containing the contents of the SuccessStore avaliable for the form templates in your instance and in this case, I got an empty screen, nothing to be added (blank page). SuccessStore is not working properly.

This is not working for me as: this is not working fas it is not giving the option to choose : From the SuccessStore Template dropdown, choose a pre-configured SuccessStore template.

How is it possible to fix this error?

I'm afraid only a ticket to SAP support would be able to help you here as SuccessStore or mapping between SuccessStore and an environment isn't something we in Professional Services have control over.
