Dear Community,
we're facing the following unexpected behavior.
We want the direct manager are able to nominate successor for their direct repots. This is working well.
Additionally, the managers the hierarchy above should just view the nomination portlet with respective proposal but should not be able to edit this.
Therefore we have created two RBP roles:
1) For direct managers with the according succession planning permission. (Target Population: Direct reports)
2) Mangers Hierarchy above without succession planning permission, just with the view permission for the nomination portlet. But even though the managers+ can still edit the nomination portlet.
Do you have an idea how to fix this?
