Currently, I am looking for the answers on the following query.
Succession readiness - When the nominated successor readiness reaches to the completion dates is there any way we can set the due date alerts to notify the Succession Planner.
MDF Talent Pools - I would like to set the Nomination notes as mandatory while adding successors within the Talent Pool.
Mentoring -Mentee Matching - I would like to Have the Mentor- Mentee matching with the below Criteria.
Question to Mentor - System should set the eligibility criteria to mentor that only if mentor proficiency level is Advanced/expert level not with intermediate/low level knowledge on the area of expertise
Question to mentee - Mentee should be Intermediate level not from the Beginner level.
