SuccessFactors Variable Pay: Bonus Payout Details Report

Hi here,

Does anyone know where to grab the "Bonus Payout Details Report" RDF to enable it in Provisioning?

This in order to follow the step in the implementation guide and the following KBA:

- "Managing Spreadsheet Reports Import/Update/Export RDFs , and choose Bonus Payout Details as your customer's active report type."

- "2788478 - Process to Handle RDF Uploads Post 1905 Release"

Dear Paola,

Thank you very much for your answer.

Meantime I've raised an SAP ticket too, and they provided me an answer.

They say it is a known error and they are working on it. The available workaround is to access the report through the Ex Review> Filter option> Other filters.

Also, they provided the KBA 2743332.

I have now another issue ... Bonus Payout report - this one is not working either.

I'm configuring VP now for a client and I'm facing the same issue as you: How to generate data in Bonus Payout Detailed Report?

I have checked all the available KBAs (permission -Done, RDF - not available anymore I believe) and the report always displays: "Data not found for given criteria"

Do you have a resolution for this until now?

Thank you so much for the KBAs and references.

Unfortunately, the KBA 2384884 is not available anymore, or I don't know if is something related to my profile.

I think that KBA has the answer, because the report definition of Bonus Payout Details is missing in provisioning and I don't know where I can have the file.

The KBA 2788478 says I need to create a ticket sending the definition of the report 😞
