SuccessFactors to active directory provisioning

Hi,

We are implementing successfactors using the provisioning to Active Directory. The provisioning to our Microsoft Active Directory is working very well. However, we don't find anywhere the password of the created user. Is the provisioning create a default password for the user created on our Active Directory ? If not, how to create a default password using the successfactors provisioning to automate the user creation ? The flag "User must change the password at next logon" of the fresh created user is checked to force the user to change his password at first logon. But, we don't have the temporary password.
