SuccessFactors Time Tracking: Temporary assign workschedule, system not recognize to calculate OT

Dear Team,

I'm implementing Time tracking module and have 2 issues as below:

1. After assign work schedule, time admin uploads clockin/out into system. It can calculate overtime correctly. If manager assign temporary work schedule for employee. After uploading clock in/out, system doesn't recognize temporary WS assigment and incorrect calculation for overtime.

2. Employee take 0.5 day vacation leave (norning time in advance. When time admin uploding, clock in/out in overlapping existing vacation time, it will not recognize collision and not delimit leave. --> So missing clock in.
