SuccessFactors Time Tracking: Temporary assign workschedule, system not recognize to calculate OT

Dear Team,

I'm implementing Time tracking module and have 2 issues as below:

1. After assign work schedule, time admin uploads clockin/out into system. It can calculate overtime correctly. If manager assign temporary work schedule for employee. After uploading clock in/out, system doesn't recognize temporary WS assigment and incorrect calculation for overtime.

2. Employee take 0.5 day vacation leave (norning time in advance. When time admin uploding, clock in/out in overlapping existing vacation time, it will not recognize collision and not delimit leave. --> So missing clock in.

Hi Tanin,

Regarding your 1st issue: I'm not sure I exactly understand your use case. Do you mean that the temporary work schedule gets uploaded for a historical day in which clock in clock outs were already recorded?

2nd item: Indeed we do not yet offer the automated collision handling which prolongs/delimits the absence. However, the collision is shown in the time sheet UI alerts so that the employee is aware of this and can correct it before they submit their time sheet.
