Hi
Just wanted to see if this is a common issue. We get a lot of error messages but this one is slightly different.
I'm using Stories in SuccessFactors. When I go into a Story that has a table sometimes the table doesn't load correctly. There are no error messages but you can tell because the fields in the table are completely different. The first column is usually the Count field which you normally get when you first add a table. Then it seems to have a lot of other fields that you didn't put into the table. And when you go to the Builder Section, it indicates there are no fields in the table despite the table being huge.
Previously I've rebuilt the table but now it seems you just have to leave the Story and come back to it another time, which is not ideal. I guess I'm wondering if this is a connection issue in some way?
I've included a screenshot of the table deliberately using a section where the other fields are empty. There is data there, just didn't want to put it in the screenshot. Is this a common problem and if so does anyone know the cause?
Thanks

Hi @MikeC
Story report issues for me boiled down to configuration & RBP.
You can check 3050294 - Stories in People Analytics - Known Issues
For configuration, sometime you need to run provisioning job. Following guide of 3042974 - Schemas missing in Story
"MDF Object Definition To DB SYNC" and "Save Changes To Report Configuration Object Job" (make sure to check box for Custom Schema) jobs need to be ran respectively:
Hope it help!
