I have two questions regarding the integration of SuccessFactors and FICO S4Hana:
*Leave Encashment -If an employee quits and still has leave days in the balance can it be automatically calculated in S4 Hana ?*Severance pay : benefits in kind or wages the company gives to its retiring employee and that is provisioned during all the working years;
Does SF enhance this and if so how ?

is leave in SF or In backend system
typically if Time is existing in SF, calculation can be done there
otherwise, it would be in backend HR on premise if time module is implemented
