We are in the initial stages of reviewing our SuccessFactors Role Based Permission (RBP) roles to "clean up" duplicate or obsolete roles. What is the best practice approach for old roles? Should we delete them or just rename them so they are not used in the future? Any guidance is greatly appreciated.
