Dears,

We have an one of our ask whether is there a way to auto calculate last working date on Notice Period Picklist rather than Resignation Date

Kindly take a look into the below scenario

We have the following field in our Separation Window

  1. Resignation Date
  2. Notice Period Served (Picklist with Yes/No)
  3. Last Working Date

Now we are looking for the outcome upon selecting Notice Period served = Yes, then Last working date should be auto calculated with 60 days

Regards,

Mithun

Dear Neeraj,

Also can you share the business rule which auto populates the Separation end date, when the employee self submits his resignation.

Thanks & Regards,
Sridevi

Hello swathyr,

Please refer below SAP Note. Hope it's helpful.

https://userapps.support.sap.com/sap/support/knowledge/en/2951071

2951071 - B2005 EC: Resignation/Termination Date field in job information is not auto populating

Confirm if it's works for you.

Dear Neeraj,

Thanks for taking your time and sharing the required info to get my query resolved

As i was glancing through the KBA shared and noticed they mentioned to maintain Termination date field in Job Info

As of now we aren't maintaining Termination Date in job info

It would really helpful if you could throw me different workaround or else is there a way can we auto populate last working date upon selecting Notice Period = Yes

Regards,

Mithun
