SuccessFactors Report Story: Calculating percentiles

Hi there,

I have two questions:

1) Can we calculate statistical percentiles similar to Excel’s percentile.exc() or percentile.inc() formulae?

There are options for quartile aggregates but not other percentiles.

2) With the quartiles (ie. third quartile), I would like to be able to:

• count the number of employees in the top quartile (ie. earning more than the 75th percentile threshold amount) by gender
• produce average salaries by gender for this top quartile population

All I was able to do with the quartile aggregate calculation is to get the threshold amount. Any idea on how to do further analytics like above?
