SuccessFactors - Renaming action under "Take Action"

is it possible to rename "Manage Long-Term Absences" under Take Actions?

Try the below......

Change your language in the system to English Debug

Navigate to the Actions drop down and make a note of the code at the start - example below:

Now you can change your language back to your real one.

Navigate to Manage Languages

On the right of the languages you have enabled for the one you want to change, click on the three dots and Download Default Labels

Open the file and search column A for the text you noted in the earlier step, in my case EMPFILE_HRIS_EMPLOYMENT_DETAIL

Change the text in column B to be what you want:

Back to Manage Languages

IF the language you need to change has a [-] icon at the start; then on the right click the three dots and add custom locale (call it whatever you need)

You will now see a [+] icon at the start instead (or it was already there), click on it to view your custom language

Click the [+] next to your desired language, then on the right Download Custom Labels

Add the new field above to the Custom Labels file and save (if you don't do this step you will clear any existing custom labels)

On the right click the three dots then Upload Custom Labels - add your file.
