SuccessFactors PMGM module report issue

Hi,

I am new to the PMGM module and have encountered an issue with report generation. After completing the performance appraisal cycle, we receive data such as employee ratings, the current stage of the employee, and the manager’s ratings. However, there is one field missing in the report: the 'promotion nomination'. During the cycle, the manager is supposed to indicate whether an employee is nominated for a promotion (yes or no), but this field does not appear in the report. I have already checked and edited the columns, but the 'promotion nomination' field is not available in the selection options. 

Kindly help to resolve it.
