Successfactors Paycomponents

Hello Experts,

I need to use the same paycomponent for different countries and corresponding country's currency will be applicable to that pay component. Can this requirement be achieved in successfactors?

Eg: I have pay component Basic Salary:1000

Countries that uses this paycomponent

1.India-For India it should be maintained as INR

2.China-For china it should be maintained as CNY

Kindly help me on this regard

Hi Siddharth,

Keep paycomponent currency field empty in "Manage Organization, pay and job structures".

In compensation information portlet, on the pay component field have onChange rule which sets the currency based on user's country.
