SuccessFactors Offboarding 2.0 without Employee Central

Hi Team,

We are implementing Onboarding 2.0 for one customer who don't have Employee Central. The customer is on Hybrid model where in once the onboarding process is done, the data should be sent to SAP S4 Hana system.

Now my query is, as the customer does not have Employee Central implemented, how can we implement Offboarding Module.

As we know, in order to implement Offboarding & Crossboarding modules, EC is mandatory. But in our case, we don't have EC but want to implement Offboarding.

Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
