We have had a number of employees contact us as when they try to login into the SF app they always need to scan their QR code to do so. This means the app is a pointless addition as they need to get on the web version before logging into the app. Is there a way to stop the QR request each time?

I created a ticket to SAP and it was some issue with the mobile app. It have resolved after the update of the new version of the app.
