Hello,
We have a SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) to SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) setup for Canada payroll. When we try to save changes in Tax/Garnishment infotypes from EC to ECP using the standard mashup screen in EC, the system displays an error message '500 Internal Server Error. A request for server was sent to server'. See attached error message description.
We reviewed the resolution under SAP note 2887555, but there is no '#same-site-by-default-cookies' option available to review and disable in chrome and microsoft edge browsers.
Has anyone encountered this issue in the past or currently using mashups without any issues?
Thanks,
Mitesh
Request clarification before answering.
You have to probably maintain view V_T582ITVCLAS.
Check for updates of this table for your country in which you are using the garnishments. Renewal has to be delivered by SAP to be able to use mashups. Not all infotypes are still valid.

Try validating the below.
- Whitelisting the ECP domain in HTTP_WHITELIST_S table. The latest *payroll.cloud.hr.sap are not coming in default with instance provisioning.
- Delete the cache and cookies and try again. Use private/incongnito
- Use a different browser
- Check the authorizations in ECP and Odata service.
