Dear Experts,
We are facing the following situation:
- New employee was created in SuccessFactors with future start date
- The 1st line manager was active in the system when the new employee was entered
- A couple of days after the new employee was created (but still when he was inactive, still prior to the start date), a termination has been entered for the manager.
- Now all other team members have a future "Manager Change" action in their Job Info except for this new employee. The new employee already started his job, so he´s now active, but he doesn´t have a Manager Change action in his Job Info as the time when the termination was entered for his manager, he was still inactive.
Do you have a suggestion how to handle situations like this?
