Hello Manish,

Each case has its own way to identify and assign learning needs.

  1. For Organization Goal, it is expected you use Development or Goals modules, those will allow to link tranings to those development or Performance goals, even when the linked course is not required to approve the objective you will be able to show relations ship. Even these courses can be setup so that competencies gaps can be identified by lms and you are recommended for courses that can boost competencies gaps.

  1. By Manager, you have the option to setup training planner, this tool allows managers to approve/disapprove courses that are required by employees and assign other that manager considers.At the end training manager define what is approved from those.

  1. By individuals role, here you will have two options, 1)it is possible to assign curriculas in the lms job code, and automatically when you change of work it will be removed.

  1. 2) For this one you can use the assignment profile that can autoassign courses, and programs to users that are in a job position, company, division, department, country, and more. Assignment profile has a lot of filters.
