Can you please guide me to the correct process and KBA:

What’s the process for LMS Admins to turn e-mail notifications off - for sending certificates of completion to learners in a curricula?

This will help

• Notification settings are global; either they are on or off;

• Users can "opt-out" of certain notifications, Learning Plan Notifications, for example:

1. Go to System Admin> Configuration > User Settings > Learning Plan Notification Settings
2. Check the "Allow User to modify learning plan notification settings" box.

• Users can select to not get Learning Plan notifications by:
  1. Logging in
  2. Go to Personal > User Settings
  3. Uncheck the "Notify me when..." boxes

Thats correct, it can only be clarified that notifications will only reach collaborators through the platform and not via email or other means.
