Hi all,
do you know if it is possible to maintain different credit hours for the same learning item?
E.g. office clerks receive 3 credit hours and assistants receive 2.5 credit hours?

There are various fields that can be populated (Credit Hours, Contact Hours or even a custom field) but I think the best solution is to have 2 separate items, one for the Office Clerks and one for the assistances and use the same credit hours field. Otherwise when you run reports you will need to look at one field for a specific group and another field for a different group.
