SuccessFactors Learning: Content Launch Method: Nested SCORM Files

I am working with an external vendor on some eLearning and this vendor is using a format for the content where there is one single SCORM file acting as a landing page with other (already uploaded) SCORM files nested within.

The desired learning path is:

1. User selects Landing Page
2. Landing page depicts 3 buttons that link to pre-uploaded SCORM files (launch test 1, 2, and 3),
3. Chosen file opens directly in the same window/media player

What is happening now is that when a user opens the landing page and selects Launch File 1 (or 2 or 3) it is opening in a new browser and opening quite small. (See image).

I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to rectify both the new tab issue and the small content display size within this file.

*please note when these SCORM files were uploaded with the setting “Launch in a New Browser Window” is not selected.

**the landing page was designed so that the buttons launch test 1 2 and 3 contain SF-generated direct links to the already uploaded SCORM files 1 2 and 3
