SuccessFactors Learning: Approval Process for Creating new Item

Dear experts,

When creating an Item, can I config an approval process for it.

For example, Admin create an Item -> Manager Level 1 Approve -> Manager Level 2 Approve -> Item will be visible for user.

If no, is there any workaround solution for this?

LMS Approval Workflows are used to manage and approve requests for learning changes - end user and not admin activties.
