Successfactors Job Application fields

Hi Gurus;

My customer is not satisfied with the SuccessFactors career site and is working with a vendor to build a new career site.

The vendor is looking for answers to below queries , need assistance in answering these

1)If we can adjust the types and quantity of fields on the job application page by candidate type? i.e offer a short path for hourly wages and a normal path for clerical workers

2)Is it possible to create different types of questionnaire for different candidates? Like a short version for an hourly employee and a longer version for a professional/salaried employee?

Hi Esha,

You can create multiple application templates with different fields in SF, but only one application template can be used for each requisition template. So you would need new req/app templates for each variety of application.

An alternative may be to create one template in SF with all the questions/fields but make them non-required and let the career site vendor control which fields are displayed/required for each job posting.
