Good Morning !!
I am exploring myself to advise about SuccessFactors integration with SAP HCM. I came across several scenarios where customer having dependency of data on SAP HCM (on Premises) i seen each module wise subscription and saw facing difficulties to make integration. some one buy only RCM and required integration for people profile, picklist, some one took RCM and ONB and then both the side integration need. i found in these two case several variety of integration setting or work around. similar if customer having SF EC and payroll running in SAP HCM on premises then integration becoming more tough and dependency of S4HANA.
So if anyone can guide with a understandable text and simple to convey other who first time listen and get understand and give go ahead for integration plan.
