Is it possible to have Single Entity to query multiple Event and Event Reasons while Integrating SuccessFactors with Service Now application.
Request clarification before answering.
I'm assuming this is just user provisioning or is this for workflows that should enter SNOW? EmpJob and/or EmpComp (although EmpJob is slightly more reliable), could be your starting point then (other entities don't make sense).
For another customer we actually made sure that via intelligent services and workflows specific messages based on different event reasons were sent to SNOW that would then be converted automatically without any middleware (worked a lot better than any custom integration for us to be fair).
