Hi,

 I have a query regarding Instance Refresh or clone. Can SAP do a clone or refresh or migrate from production instance from one landscape to production instance in another landscape. i.e from one production instance to a new clean production instance, like shown below. All will be in same data center.

Hello Sri,

Yes, this can be done through IRT or Manual refresh request.

In case you're referring to 2 instances at same Customer ID and same Data Center, you can refer to KBA 2791468 - Instance Refresh Tool for BizX & LMS | Must-Know Guide & FAQ - SAP for Me for guidance on Instance Refresh Tool.

If source and target instances are from different Customer ID or it falls under IRT limitations, we can perform this request manually as described on KBA 2277508 - SuccessFactors Cloud Manual Instance Refresh Process & FAQ - SAP for Me - providing the form from Attachments section full filled in a new support case raised in LOD-SF-PLT-REF.
