SuccessFactors - How to get provisioning access for Test Demo system as a Implementation Parter

I'm part of SAP Business partner's organization and currently undergoing SuccessFactors module certification training.

I have my S-user id assigned to me and similarly my colleagues.

Currently, I have completed my Prerequisites and working on my module exercises.

I have access to the demo system where in the learning module is disabled.

How do I enable it ? Also, I tried to login to provisioning but it failed.

What is the process involved in getting a provisioning access?

Could you provide me information regarding the above mentioned issues ?
