We have some benefit plans which are age-banded and use the age of the employee at time of enrollment and not on, say January 1st like a lot of plans do. In SAP, we were able to set this in a user-exit PBEN0023. In SuccessFactors, I don't see an option or way to configure this. The Insurance Rate Chart configuration requires an Age as-of Day, Age as-of Month and Year option.
Any way to achieve this?
