SuccessFactors External Learners

Hi,

I'm not an LMS Admin person, but looking into whether we can utilize our SuccessFactors LMS to provide course access to learners who have not yet joined our company (preboarding courses). These learners do not have company employee numbers or emails used to login to the LMS like other employees.

Currently, we're using a separate LMS to send out preboarding courses to users and then that completion data flows back to SuccessFactors for our records.

Curious if we could eliminate the need for our secondary LMS used for preboarding, and we can utilize SuccessFactors to send courses to external users using their personal email addresses. Any information is appreciated.
