I have created a bunch of e-learning courses for a client using an external tool. The slides have a 16:9 standard format (960x540). The customer is now reporting that SuccessFactors is cutting off the content on the slides. I have not been able to reproduce this error in tests in other LMS environments. There, the courses are fully responsive. The customer claims that nothing can be changed in the SuccessFactors settings and that I should resize the slides to an other format. Is this true? And if so, which slide format is optimal for SuccessFactors?

Hi
To my knowledge, 16:9 is a standard ratio and must work. What content creation tool are you using? Is this the same behaviour on all browsers?
Thank you
