We understood that we can only use basic authentication to our Exchange environment from SuccessFactors. This is considered insecure as the password is passed with every connectivity attempt. In addition, our hosted environment no longer supports this authentication protocol in the course of next year.
Is there any way to make use of a modern authentication type or is this put on the roadmap for SuccessFactors?
