SuccessFactors Employee Central seniority reporting

Hi to all,

I would be very grateful if someone could help me on how to report on seniority in Employee Central based on the chosen date. I have seen a lot of material on how to show on-screen (transient fields) some seniority data, but I can not find how to report seniority for all employees.

E.g. business users would like to know all the employees with total seniority of 10 years in the legal entity on the last day of the current month (some of them are working in continuity, but some of them are rehired). Is it possible to achieve that result without using some kind of 3rd party solution?

We can find the years a user is working in an organisation by creating a calculated column in canvas reporting
