SuccessFactors - ECP PCC Policies

Hi Community,

We are try implementing PCC into ECP, and we have a lot of things and problems to do it, but the mains questions are:

1. If the Company processes payroll directly in ECP (without PCC), is there any possibility to define a process in PCC only to get policies and KPI of that payroll run?

2.We have defined policies and KPI in ECP with Class definitions and development.

Is this the only way to do that, or is it possible to do the same without ABAP effort, directly from PCC-Manage Configuration?

There are someone currently working with PCC with localization Argentina?

We too have realised that if payroll run is done from back end , we do not benefit for the validations in PCC policies, so would be interested in response to this.
