SuccessFactors Contingent Workers for Compliance Purposes

hello all, good day, 

Due to the need of segregating all Non Employees in SF instance solely for compliance purpose, we have activated the CW feature in our instance & activated "Is Contingent Worker" flag which is now visible in <Employment Details> portlet as a "Yes/No" field - Without implementing other CW full-suite setup such as configuring new CW Person Type specific business configurations, CW new hire template, Work Order configuration & setup, etc. We only have activated the "Is contingent worker" flag under employment details and nothing else because we only want to use the flag to differentiate regular employees vs non-employees.

Query 1:

Will sole enablement of "Is Contingent Worker" flag Without the full suite CW configuration setup and setting this flag = "Yes" classify these staffs as CW worker & No longer classify as regular staffs?

Query 2:

Is this the same flag that is checked in BIB replication configuration for inclusive / exclusive of Contingent Workers under xxxxxxxxxxxxx in SAP ECC??

Query 3:

will sole enablement of "Is Contingent Worker" flag Without full suite CW configuration setup and setting this flag = "Yes" for the non-employees auto disable all other modules such as time off (leaves application), Timesheet & Payroll as if full suite CW setup are in place?? If No, any other way / configurations / switches to disable unwanted modules not needed for CW workers? If yes, wat are all other modules that will be auto disabled?

Query 4:

With sole enablement of "Is Contingent Worker" flag Without full suite CW configuration setup and setting this flag = "Yes", are employmentInfo & JobInfo are the minimal 2 portlets that must be maintained? any other portlets that are mandatory and must be maintained to ensure proper classification of CW.
