Our business needs to have an approval process that goes all the way up the hierarchy, up to the EMM+. Currently the approval process in CM – VP is a Collaborative Step between the EM & EM+. Due to SOX & Internal Compliance, our business needs the ability that within the Executive Review view, the EMM+ can approve the overall incentive payout for his hierarchy level, staring from his direct reports all the way down the structure.
