Successfactors compensation alternate approval route

Hi

I wanted to see if it’s possible to launch two compensation form for the same comp manager with one form going to one approver and the other to another approver. To give more details - we have employees from two different region who all have the same compensation manager but they have different second approver for their region. So once the comp manager has entered his initial recommendations the forms need to go the relevant approver for the region.

Yes, this is possible as long as the forms are given unique names. I would assume there are two different templates with two different eligibility criteria?

What you have described is possible and should work as long as the worksheets are not named the same. There are no further suggestions, as you haven't stated a problem...

It needs to go the compensation manager's own compensation manager (second manager) for the approval but an employee can have only one comp manager in SuccessFactors and both forms needs launching at the same time.

Ok, I understand. You will not accomplish what you want with approval route maps. The two different second level approvers would need to use the Executive review to edit their target populations.
