SuccessFactors - Business Rule - using last 4 characters only of picklist values

Dear Experts,

We need to configure a business rule that populates a field (blue collar/white collare) on the position based on a picklist value (employment subgroup).

We have 10 different picklist values for each country we operate in.

The external codes are always the country code and the same ending. E.g. ITA_9_9U, ARE_9_9U

Is it possible to say in the business rule that if the ending of the external value is 9_9U, the field should always be set to "white collar"? We want to save us the time to add each picklist values to the business rule for each country separately.
