Successfactors benefits reimbursement Entitlement amount

Hi Team,

  In SuccessFactors, for Benefit type Reimbursement, entitlement amount should be maintained but in our case the entitlement amount is based on the claim amount, It is like 40% of claim amount will be reimbursed. Is there a way to maintain entitlement amount in this case and how to achieve this scenario.
