Successfactors - Advanced Reporting "Save Query As" not active

Dear Community,

when I create a query in Advanced Reporting Pivot Table, I have active only "Save" button to save the query. Is there a way to make "Save as" button also active?

If not, do you know any possible way to save/export pivot table query for further usage?

Reproducing the Issue

1. Access Report-Canvas

2. Add List report component

3. Edit the List report component to report on Advanced Reporting

4. Note that the Save query As option is greyed out and unavailable for selection. The query can only be Saved

Cause

The Save query as feature is only available when creating Advanced Reporting queries directly from the Query Designer (Analytics) in non-Report Center instances.

Resolution

The Save option will allow users to save any changes without using the Save query as option

thanks for your reply. It is much appreciated.

I am wondering if you would know what is meant by "non-report Center instances"? I do not know what a non-Report center instance could be since I have never seen one.

Also the KBA is inaccurate in one thing - for list reports it actually is possible to export queries in advanced reporting and use them later. The "save as" is only greyed out for pivot tables in advanced reporting.
