Please help me on my feasibility study on some typical time management scenario. For ease of reply, I will ask my query one by one. Here goes the first one:
"My client is having country specific shift timings and rotatiion of shifts. For example they might have three shifts 6AM to 2:00PM, 2:00PM to 10:00PM and 10:00PM to 6:00AM. Mangers can change the shift planning of an employee for any day and can assign ad-hoc shifts to them. Like an employee planned for shift 2:00PM to 10:00PM tomorrow. Manager can ask him to join later shift that is from 10:00PM to 6:00AM (next day)"
Is it possible to implement such scenario in standard successfactor time management? If standard solution doesn't support this functionality, customization possible?
