Successfactor - Join Condition for Picklist Options

I am currently working on replicating Job Requisition adhoc reports but unable to identify join conditions between Job Requisition and picklist option.

Can anyone help out please.

Actually I am trying to integrate successfactor data with Snowflake database.I am trying to replicate complete entity dataset along with its navigational entities .And we are connecting to successfactor using Odata connector. While replicating JobRequisition entity I came across we navigation entity as picklist options but I was unable to get join condition.

To be more specific ,I have Hiretype as navigation property with picklist id AddRep in Job Requisition entity .But I am not sure what is Join condition .
