Success Factors LMS Training performance

Hello

I have created training to be deployed via SuccessFactors LMS (in a SCORM file). The training was created using Adobe Captivate. It has embedded videos and some interactive questions.

My concern is that some users are experiencing performance issues when trying to load/view the training.

What are some of the contributing factors that could lead to this?

is having a video with too high of a resolution causing these types of issues?

thank you for your reply. Users are not getting an error message - it is just the buffering symbol. This happens at both home offices (we tried with both VPN on and off) and when users are in the office, and is happening to some users, but not all
