Success factors LMS Query

Hi Experts ,

I am learning, LMS in Successfactors , I have given learning admin access to myself and when i try to click learning management in Admin Center in SF instance.. it doesnt take me through Plateau system, it throws an error instead..

Would you please help me how to solve this Error ? I have also attached screenshot for your reference..
