Hello

I need to configure an email notification to the users. The case is the following. Certain courses are ANNUAL but are not assigned by position, each user is assigned based on a security task to be performed and is valid for 1 YEAR. After that period, the user must assign it again and take it, but they forget it. Is there any way to send a notification to those users who have completed the course ID every x time, warning them that they must take it again?

Dear cheru,

Instead of waiting your learners to remember to assign the course again, I would recommend you to set up a curricula to assign the course automatically every year, so the learners will just be notified that there is a new assignment that they need to complete.
