Success Factors Integration using API - Error In Postman

Hi All,

We are trying to integrate SCP Hana Db with Successfactors using APIs.

As a first step we are trying to access APIs in Postman, wherein we are entering below details:

Url: https://apisalesdemo8.successfactors.com/odata/v2

Username: in format of username@companyId

Password: Password

After entering the details and clicking on Send Request, we are getting the Error:"Company [XXXXXXXXXXX] not found, Action:please validate the spelling of your company id which is case-sensitive".

As the same credentials are working fine in browser, Could anyone please help us on resolving this issue.

hi Vignesh,

Please add @comapnyID in the user name along with the user name.it should resolve the issue.

eg: Username : userid@comanyID

password: [password]
